Shipping Information

  • Please be sure your address is correct when completing your order. Contact us immediately if you have noticed an error.  

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order ships, generally within 2-3 business days. Shipping is free within the United States.

  • If a package is lost in the mail after we ship the package (the customer has not received the merchandise AND delivery confirmation has not been provided with the tracking updates), we will work with the carrier to locate the package to ensure delivery. Our policy is to replace the customer's merchandise if the carrier is not successful in locating the lost package. If merchandise needs to be replaced, all items must be duplicated as stated in the original order (duplication of style and size as stated in original order).

Product Information

  • Because all items are handmade, no two items are exactly alike. All bracelets pictured (women, men) are shown in size 7.5 inches. While we always maintain the integrity of the original design, there may be slight variations in the design to accommodate the length and/or supplies on hand. For example, your design may contain a shorter or longer length of beading and/or spacer beading to accommodate your specific size.

  • The metal accent beads in our products are silver plated, stainless steel, brass, gold or silver colored and may lose their color over time. The beauty of natural stone imperfections inherent in gemstones contributes to the overall uniqueness of each piece.

  • To avoid overstretch, roll the bracelet on and off.

  • Remove the bracelet before exposure to water and harsh chemicals as this can cause damage to the product.

  • Remove the bracelet before putting lotion, creams, or oil on your skin. Oil can cause buildup and discoloration between the beads and metal components.

Return and Exchange Information

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item(s) in your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for our worry-free returns.

  • For qualified returns, we cover the shipping costs and provide the appropriate return shipping label.

  • Returned products can be exchanged for a different size of the same product or returned for a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.

  • Processing of your return begins upon receipt of the returned item (s).

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and arrive in their original condition.

  • Custom, discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Price Adjustment Information

  • Price adjustments can only be made within 14 days of your purchase. You will be refunded the difference in sale price and the price you paid, to your original form of payment.
